I currently work as Head of Business Operations, leading customer success and support, data streaming and infrastructure, and integrations with new providers.
Team leader for a team of five.

I tend to work hard to reach goals and live up to expectations, even when it means sacrificing pleasure and fun. I have high self-discipline and prefer to work in a structured way at a high tempo.

EMEA (Russia StPetersburg 10 years, Finland Helsinki (2018 onwards))
APAC (Philippines Manila 5 years, 2014-2018)

Education:

Computer Science Master's degree (2002) because I loved math from a very young age and saw the beauty in formulas and logic
Management Master's degree (2009) because I wanted to know how to move things forward

Key Account Manager for corporate:

Colgate-Palmolive 2009 - 2016, ARR 200k euro

Customer Success in the Startup:

OptiKPI 2018 - now, ARR 500k euro

Languages: English, Finnish, Russian, Spanish.
